I have taken multiple vehicles to Brad's and they have done exceptional service every time. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are informative about what is going on with your vehicle, vehicle inspections include pictures, and estimates are accurate. They go above and beyond to make sure their repairs are done properly.

I took my car in for an oil change. The technician changed the oil, topped up the fluids, rotated the tires, and made me aware of a leaking gasket. Staff was friendly, appointment was less than an hour, cost was reasonable. I won't hesitate to take my car to them for it's next service.

I called Brad’s auto services yesterday about my wife’s car overheating, spoke with Jerry the owner, great guy, we even had some good side conversations, very personable positive dude. I explained to him about what was going on, and how I had already did an at home repair, he gave a honest assessment and explained he wouldn’t charge more than what was necessary. Overall great experience, car is running smoothly. They said it only needed coolant fluid to run through the radiator, adding a gallon more, finding no leaks during the test drive. So over all, didn’t cost much, about $100 for service, with tip. Thank you and your team Jerry for a positive experience, this was the first time I needed a mechanic for something more than tire change. You guys had Gods peace over you. God bless in Jesus Christ name!

Friendly, reliable, professional..they were recommended by a friend..I am so happy I went there..they were my 2nd estimate..my first estimate was 4,300.00 after brads took care of me my bill was 829.00 it is worth the drive to Palm Bay to have peace of mind..I’ve had my 2014 pilot back to me since Friday…zero issues & zero flashing lights on my dashboard Thank you, Marion C..
